Your order will be dispatched within 3-5 working days via Royal Mail.

Your order will be sent via first class postage if within the UK and International Tracked if being shipped anywhere else in the world.

We provide tracked shipping for an extra charge for the UK and this can be added on at the checkout.

Making Returns:

Please email us at sare@creativehouseuk.com to request a return. (Personalised items are non-refundable) we will then send you more information on how to return your item for a refund.

If we accept your return, a return address will be given via email.

We do not currently offer a free return service, returned items are the buyers responsibility until they reach us.

Make Up Bags and Clothing should be packed flat into an A4 envelope and returned as a large letter.

Prints should be sent back in the original envelopes.

Please send your item tracked and keep proof of postage just in case!

RUN A TAPE MEASURE UNDER YOUR ARMS AROUND THE FULLEST PART OF YOUR CHEST. DON’T PULL THE TAPE MEASURE TOO TIGHT, IT JUST NEEDS TO REST ON YOUR CHEST.

I ordered three custom tees, including one where I requested a custom drawing/graphic. They all came out amazing! My favourite font/shirt combo so far is pink holographic font on a black tee. My shirts were finished and shipped so fast, and I've been living in them since they arrived! I will definitely be ordering from Sare again.

Fabulous as usual

This is my second order from Creative House. My first order was about 2 years ago I think, a hoodie and a couple of t-shirts and they still look fab, no peeling of the transfer at all. In this order I bought one of the bags, I’m obsessed with it, not only does it look great, its super functional. I love the way the bag opens up really wide so you can get your hands right in there to find what you want, and it’s the kind of material that you can wash any marks off. I also bought a tumbler and t-shirt. I also love the personal touches and the customer service is fantastic. My son loved my bag so much he wants one now!
